Billing address on picktickets, possible?
I searched the forum with no luck, we are having problems using USPS Priority mail with ozlink. When the saleman approves an order, they print a picking ticket, then it goes in a pan in the warehouse. After pulling stock we decide by weight if UPS or USPS is preferred.
If we choose USPS the item ships to the "ship to address" during the fulfillment process.
Unfortunately, we miss the fact that the customer had a PO Box for the billing address and several orders each month come back as undeliverable.
I have tried off and on for months to add the billing address field to the pick ticket to help us catch this problem with no luck. It doesn't seem to be an option.
