Packing list print with garbage characters

Out shipping department has had this problem for almost a year. We thought it was our printer causing the issue.

They will print one in the morning make sure the print out is in English!!!!

It just happens ramndomly. It is a pain when we print the whole quote and get 80 pages of garbage. It is even more painful to "allow Reprint" to find out which one needs to be printed when not all orders are from the same date.

Any idea?
