Multiple Picking Slip Forms - How to select?

Hi,

We are trying to abandon our use of Bins (since it is starting to stop us transacting now we've been upgraded to 2007.1), and looking at custom fields on each item for each location.

I see we can customise the Picking Slip, and create different Picking Slips, but I cannot seem to find how to select which Picking Slip I would like to use to print from the Sales Order.  So if I can set up a Picking Slip for Warehouse A that shows the custom field "Warehouse A Bin Code" on it, and a different Picking Slip for Warehouse B that shows the custom field "Warehouse B Bin Code" on it; how can anyone choose to print on the different 'non-preferred' picking slip?
