UPS International Shipping

I'm looking for someone who has figured out UPS international shipping to provide some insight. Seems to me like most people have given up on international shipping in netsuite and use Worldship. I want to leave Worldship behind but keep running into international shipping issues with netsuite, particularly Puerto Rico at this point.

Has anyone figured out how to bypass all of the mandatory fields on international shipments? Entering the Manufacturer's Address on items isn't too big of a deal but commodity codes, NAFTA preference criterion, etc, etc...come on.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
