How do we change our adress on the integrated UPS shipping label

We have moved, but our old address prints on our integrated UPS shipping label.   I have been all through company set up and changed the address.   All other documents are correct with the new address.   I even contacted UPS to make sure all of their records were correct.   Where does the address on the integrated label pull from???
