Drop Ship POs

All our orders when approved create a Drop Ship PO as all our items are set to Drop Ship.

One thing we noticed, rare, but still important is that in some cases the PO doesn't get generated.

I want to run a report/saved search of Sales orders without POs linked to them.

Any guidance on how I can do this so I can get an alert and fix on the spot?
