Capturing email address to customer record from sales forms
In our retail environment we pay our managers a bonus based on the # of email addresses their stores capture / the # of new customers.
What I have found is that many sales reps just enter the customers email address on the cash sale form and not the customer record.
I was wondering if anyone has written a script they would be willing to share that would do the following on saving the record.
If email on cash form is not null then
if email on customer record <> email on cash form then
//this will allow for checking null entries as well, the priomary goal
