ozlink vs netsuite about 3rd party billing account

does any NS user using ozlink for shipping fulfilment and know how to set up the 3rd party billing/shipping account on the pending fulfilment page?

when order is on the pending fulfilment page the 3rd party shipping account also can send it with the order to the pending fulfilment page so when ozlink is doing the passing the info to shipping carrier can use the 3rd party billing # instead of ours. can anyone help?
