My UPS Expiration Notice?

Hey there,
I got an email today from UPS saying:

"We've missed you!

Our records indicate that you have not taken advantage of My UPS recently. To keep your registration active, simply log in to My UPS before Wednesday, February 27, 2008. If you no longer have a need for My UPS, do nothing and your registration will expire on Wednesday, February 27, 2008."

Your My UPS User ID is:     NL-314XXXXX"

I know this has something to do with our Netsuite UPS integration, but I don't have a password for this user name.  We ship something nearly every day with UPS, so we are using the service.  How do I keep this from expiring, or should I not be concerned?  What will happen if I do nothing?
