pick/pack/ship - G/L entry.

1. Can some please confirm that when using pick/pack/ship, there are no G/L entries until you hit the "ship" phase. I need to implement that option if its true, and don't have access to test it.

2. Can use confirm that direct ship orders skip this process - that the fulfillment stages move stright to "shipped" status?
