Differentiating Shipping Cost by Retail/Wholesale

We do retail and wholesale business, and would like to know if anyone has figured out how to differentiate their shipping costs while using a single shipper, in our case UPS. We would like to be able to look at the reports from UPS and see it broken out somehow. One thought was to have two separate UPS accounts, but I don't see any way to make that work with Shipping Items.

Has anyone else cracked this nut?
