return shipping labels in 2008.1!?!?!?

i've been a netsuite user since aug. 2007 and so far i am very, very frustrated with my experience.  the lack of support and information is primarily what's making it a terrible experience for me.  i'm amazed at how complicated the simplest tasks are to figure out.  and that's pretty much much the way you learn netsuite is by wasting hours and hours on your own trying to figure things out. i'm currently trying to figure out return shipping labels.  are they in the new update?  is it hidden somewhere here already?  i need a netsuite person to answer some
