Integrated FedEx Labels

We set up a computer and followed NetSuite instructions for printing integrated shipping labels with a thermal printer. We created the batch file and did all the setup as suggest by NetSuite documentation. We are using "Zebra Thermal Printer Z4M Plus DT" for the FedEx label printing.

When I try to print a label by selecting the order from 'Integrated Shipping Labels' in the Print Checks & Forms screen, I get the new window https://system.netsuite.com/app/accounting/print/NLSPrintForm.nl and shows Status: Rendering EPL2 Data and then prompts me to open/download integratedshippinglabel38543.epl2. When I click open, nothing happens - I expect the label to be printed on the printer. I am able to save the EPL2 file but not sure how to print that.
