USB Ports Only: Need Thermal Printer
When buying new computers from Dell we have noticed that the traditional printer port is no longer included. Much like phasing out the floppy drive.
We have each sales representative fulfilling and billing the orders from start to finish. If we set up new computers for sales reps that have only USB ports, how are we supposed to print thermal UPS labels?
Netsuite has promised a solution to this issue and I have heard nothing. I lost my old case number. But the new one is Case # 668574. Gold support is not really sure who is to handle this one.
Does anyone else run into the issue of no more traditional printer ports? Doing a "BAT" file for integrated UPS labels just doesn't seem to work at all.
