Item List
I have currently revamped my item list. I am attempting to correct sales orders that have been fulfilled and invoiced since January 2008. When I correct the sales order, I receive an error message that it will not update because it is linked to a fulfilled transaction. Then I attempted to change the invoice. It allowed me to do this, however, the status of the sales order changed from billed to pending billing. Can someone provide any help on changing the items on sales order that have been billed? Thanks!!
