Inventory - LOTS

We just changed over from multi-locations to LOTS.  We have enabled the Lot Feature and set up new Lot Item Records. 

Can anyone assist with HOW I go about entering the LOTS themselves along w/adjust or trasfer inventory now. 

It doesn't appear that I have access to do this, however maybe I'm overlooking the instructions, but can't find that in the helpful tips.
