Drop Ship Fulfillment Process

Hello,

Does anyone know of any white papers describing the most efficient setup in Netsuite for a simple order process like this simplified one:

1. Sales order approved
2. Email sent to vendor with Packing Slip and Purchase order
3. Vendor Returns Invoice/Tracking Number
4. Bill Vendor
5. Bill Customer
6. Fulfill Sales Order with Tracking number

Any suggestions in getting this completed would be great. Currently our main problem is Emailing Packing Slip with the Purchase Order. We have tried various work around, but all end up Fulfilling the Sales Order.

How are other companies using the netsuite fulfillment process around the drop shipment model?
