References 1 and 2 Fields

References 1 and 2 Fields.  These fields only appear on the UPS shipping label for packages 2, 3, 4, 5, .....

It is very inconvenient that they do not appear on Shipping Label #1, which is the most frequently used, obviously.

Anyone else have the same issue?
