How to generate commercial invoices for LTL shipments

Is there a white paper / help section on how to generate commercial invoices?

I send most of my overseas shipments LTL.

I tried to make a custom form, but I can't access the fields Tariff Code, manufacturer info, etc.

How do you do it presently?

Is there a good explanation for how the UPS and Fed Ex module works? Can it be adopted for other carriers?

Anyone have any suggestions?
