Packing Slips Printing Log

Is there a report that can be run to see the log of when a packing slip was printed?

Somehow a customer just received 2 packages... both packages had identical packing slips and the tracking numbers on both boxes were identical.  Is there any way to see if this has been done on other orders/fulfillments as well?

I would love to see 'Packing Slip Printed' or 'Integrated Shipping Label Printed' in the History > System Notes

Do I need to file an enhancement request?
