can't print sales order/picking ticket w/out saving to my computer first

What is this problem?
Does anyone else experience this?

When I click on the print, inside the sales order(or pick ticket) it gives a message saying, would you like to Save or Print.

If I Click Save.
I can save, then open, then print.....
But I would like one touch printing.

If I Click print
I get an error message that says( explorer cannot find the program to open this file, would you like to find in on the Internet? / 
file name = xyz.pdf  / file type = unknown)
how it it not know what type of file it is, it's obvious it's a .pdf!
