Considering using NetSuite for fulfillment

We are a B2C ecommerce site with about 2000 orders a month.   Currently we use a 3rd party warehouse company who are integrated via webservices [Integrated is a lose term - we do have to do allot of inventory adjusting]

I am considering In-Sourcing the warehouse.  It won't be big - our products are small and we have about 1500 Skus in stock.  There will only be a picking team of 2 or 3 people.

Any feedback from anyone currently using it. 

- How easy has recieving been?  Matching to PO's adjusting for undelivered goods?

- Picking lists, how usefull are they?  Does the system make sense?
