Yahoo Store-Transfer imported options to drop ship PO??
Does anyone know how to fix the following problem;
We transfer our orders to Netsuite from our Yahoo Store via the XML export function in Yahoo. On some items we have options such as color, style, etc. built into the Yahoo store item. This data does transfer to Netsuite and is displayed in the Sales order in the description field (under the item description). When we create a drop-ship PO from the sales order for the item, the description carries over to the PO but the options do not. How can I get the options that appear on the sales order to transfer to the drop ship PO. I
