Transferring Notes from SO to Drop-Ship PO

Hello,

We have our Drop-Ship PO's to automatically send upon SO Approval. This is very efficient but sometimes we need to put a note on the PO before it gets send to alert the Vendor of any unusual circumstance. We have yet to figure out a way to do this and keep the auto-email PO feature active. One thought we had was to use the Description Item to put a note under the specific Item on the SO. We thought it night transfer over to the PO but we cannot get it to.

Does anyone know of a solution or a workaround related to this issue?
