Fulfillment Record ItemList

edited Nov 25, 2019 10:48AM in Accounting / ERP 3 comments

I am trying to create a saved search based on the following criteria:

===CRITERIA===
Type:  Item Fulfillment
Date:  Within Today
Ship Via:  "Specific Carrier like FedEx or DHL"
Account:  Cost of Goods Sold

===Results===
Date
Created From
Customer : Name
Customer : Phone
Shipping Address
Shipping Address 1
Shipping Address 2
Shipping City
Shipping State/Province
Shipping Zip
Shipping Country
Tracking Numbers
Item : Purchase Description
Item : Manufacturer
Quantity:
Item : Item Type
Item:

All results are grouped and Quantity is set to absolute value for the function.   When the search is executed it returns one line for each item on the item fulfillment record which is what I am expecting to occur.  At the same time, I have configured the email notification to “Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated”, but when the email is generated I only get one item displayed regardless of the actual total amount of items on the fulfillment.   The email comes in with all the information below displayed in the body of the email not as an attached

Howdy, Stranger!
