Eliminate shipping - for software service

Hello,

We are uploading CSV sales transactions and bulk fulfilling. The items are all software services - in other words, they should have no shipping method. We even specify Ship Via in our CSV record with no data in the field.

But when we create cash sales or invoices, inevitably many of them have shipping "methods" in the invoice - even though software isn't shipped. At least there is no charge, because software has 0 weight - but how can we get Netsuite to eliminate all reference to a shipping method for software services or downloads - things that aren't shipped?
