Confirmation email blocked as spam?
We are finding that all confirmation emails, fulfilment notices and invoices etc sent to customers with virgin.net or virginmedia.co.uk are being rejected by their servers. I tried to speak to Virgin support but they won't talk to me as I don't have a virgin account and I am supposed to get my customer to call their support line and sit on hold for xxx minutes!
Is the Netsuite mail server on a blacklist? Her is a typical rejection notice, I have removed my email customers address.
