problems e-mailing fulfillment transactions

Hi,
I have problems e-mailing fulfillment transactions.
While I am on the saved fulfillment I am clicking "email" on the top bar, clicking "include transaction" on attachment and when I send I am getting system error (occasionally it sends it).
CS do not know what to do
Any ideas?
