UPS Shipping Documents

Does anyone know how to access the UPS International shipping forms generated when using Netsuite/UPS Integrated shipping, to add PO#'s, add comments etc.? I also am unable to print the UPS High Value Reports associated with these shipping forms. It appears to be a label, which disappears off my screen faster than I can click on it. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
