Not showing all kit item values at fulfillment
We have a customized report that computes the cost, revenue and profit margin on each transaction. I have been struggling with one transaction that includes the sale of a kit/package as follows:
Ambulance Kit - Price $70 includes:
Conversion Package - our cost $15
Type II Amb - our cost $27
Both items are drop ship and when set up in the kit, they change to special order.
When the sales order is created, correct PO's are issued for both items.
When the order is invoiced/fulfilled, the item fulfillment shows only our cost for the Conversion Package on the report as COGS.
