Fulfilment email diff for diff subsidiary

Hi friends,
I searched but couldnt find the sol.

I have multiple website / webstore pack of netsuite , diff webstores for diff countries , and I need a way to send the fulfilment emails .

It is not common but diff. shipping providers for diff, countries.

Is there a way via which diff countries or in other words diff websites from  netsuite can have diff fulfilment emails. I would also be inserting the tracking codes,also which tag of netsuite provides that?

Pl. if someone can help it will be appreciated.
