USPS Integration in 2008.2

We want to enable USPS Shipping Integration on our NetSuite Canada 2008.2

Yes, I realize we are located in Canada.  We want USPS shipping integration nonetheless. We have warehousing in several countries.  I figure we can easily set up shipping from our USA shipping location.  (We have multi-location inventory and one of the locations is in the USA, so why not use USPS shipping integration from this location I figure?).

Sounds simple, but If I go to "Setup > Set Up Shipping"  I only see UPS and FedEx there.

How do I turn on USPS shipping?   I hope it's not disabled for Canadian accounts.
