Packing Slip date is different with PDF printout

I have just noticed that the Date in my PDF Packing Slip is different from the date I entered in Packing List, ex. I entered 3/18/2008 but in packing list printout it prints 5/9/2008. Anything that I can do or adjust here? Appreciate immediate help. Thanks.

EDIT: Further, i just notice that it is capturing the Sales Order Date and not the fulfillment date I have entered.

EDIT 2: I just fixed the problem. I only need to check the Ship Date under Body subtab of the Packing Slip form.
