Special Instruction Shipping

I have been looking for a few days for this feature with no luck. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to attach special instructions to a customer file for their shipping, to be displayed somewhere for the shipping / receiving people ? In other words, CustomerA wants all their products shipped together to save multiple shipping costs, but CustomerB prefers their products be shipped  as soon as they are available so an automatic Memo attached with CustomerA-Ship Complete only, and for CustomerB-Ship what is available. Or something with that basic affect.
