UPS Integrated Shipments do not appear on my UPS online account
We are using UPS Integrated Shipping which works beautifully except for one thing:
Any shipments booked through NetSuite do not appear in my history when I log into my UPS online account.
This means that I can't get any of the advanced tracking information that I sometimes need, I can only track NS shipments as though I were Joe Public.
Due to the 'integrated' nature of this problem its hard to get any help, if i call UPS they have never heard of NetSuite and have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm hoping that NS won't pass me off to UPS.
