Shipment weight & Fedex Chrges are all Wrong

Howdy!
I'm new to the NS Group...been lurking for some time.

Just noticed this error today when I was approving my FedEx bills and I noticed something really strange with the weight and charges on the bill.

I shipped one order in three shipments. total weight of order 24 lbs.
I ship this via Fedex integration in 3 shipments, each with it's own tracking number and each shipment has 4 widgets, total each shipment = 8lbs.
I fulfill the order in 3 shipments. I verify the weight, it's 8 lbs for each.
I save the fulfilled order.
The system has calculated 24lbs on each of the three shipments.
