display cost for all UPS shipping items on the website

Hi,

few days a go we integrated with UPS, we noticed that the shipping cost for UPS shipping items doesn't displayed for all shipping items, it's displayed for only the selected shipping item, and when the customer change the shipping item, it displayed for the new selected one and hide from the first.

If I inactive EMS shipping item, the cost displayed for all.

but when we used FedEx, the cost appears for all shipping items (with EMS) on the website, so the customer can view all costs and choose the suitable for her\him without any behavior.

does anyone have an idea about??
