Packing mixed cartons of products
We sell many different kinds of products in many different shapes, weights and sizes. When a customer places and order, our warehouse picks and packs the order. Depending on the combination of items it could end up all going in 1 carton or several cartons. Until now, we have not been able to give the customer an accurate freight estimate so what we have done is used a % of the order amount to estimate the freight, but corrected the amount to the actual amount when it's being fulfilled.
