USPS Label Printing Problem

We've been using fedex label integration for a while now. Just added USPS and it has been working well, but the other day the usps labels stopped printing correctly.

We can still print fedex no problem
USPS - first label will print, next label will print partially, then no labels will come out. I don't think the problem is the computer or the printer, since we can revert back to fedex label printing and we can print the usps labels via dazzle.

Any ideas?
