fill COD fields in Sales order instead of item fulfillment

Hi all,

Can I add the COD check box and COD amount text box to be filled in the Sales order record not on item fulfillment record, then these fields in item fulfillment will be filled by the same values added in Sales order (pull values from Sales order)?
