UPS Thermal Label printing skewed

As of yesterday morning our UPS Label is printing on two labels.  No, it's not printing two of the same label.  It is printing the first half of the UPS label on the bottom half of label 1 and the last half of the UPS barcode on the top of label 2.  It's as if it's not feeding right.

We have checked the .bat file, it is fine.  We have reset the printer.  We have called UPS tech support who will not help since we aren't using Worldship.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
