Insured Value Calculations in USD on Foreign Currency Shipments
I have run into a problem with webstore orders in currencies other than USD. We have been receiving a lot of overseas orders since we turned on USPS shipping and most of those customers like to see their own currency. I have a problem with the insured value on these shipments; the insured value remains in the foreign currency when fulfilled.
Lets use an order for 100 GBP for example. When I fulfill this order 100 is displayed in the insured value with USD displayed next to it. This is bad for two reasons.
1.) I am under-insuring this order, because the actual USD value of this order is 148.77 USD.
