How to "UN-CLOSE" a sale
Netsuite has to be the crappiest user-interface software every sold. Ever.
We take orders via e-commerce so this means I have to:
1. Approve
2. Fulfill
3. Bill Sales order.
Today, in the process of trying to add a discount to a customers order (during the "approve" stage, I hit the "CLOSE" button. The order is no longer available for fulfillment or billing. Anyone know how I reverse the "close" action?
Netsuite: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, why can't you program the software to come up with a dialog box telling us what the result will be if we continue on with the action?
