Tracking Hyperlinks For Uncommon Couriers

Is it possible to add in a hyperlink on the website for uncommon couriers? We are based in the UK and dont use any of the US courier services like UPS or fedex, instead we use couriers like Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Business Post. We are able to get the tracking numbers into NetSuite, but unable to get a hyperlink into the customer center so that our customers can click on the link to go to the courier website with the tracking number already in place. Has anyone has any luck with this?
