Item Weight on Picking Ticket with UOM
Hi All,
We print our item weights on the picking ticket using a custom transaction field sourcing from the item weight/item weight type from the item record.
We have an issue where we sell items using UOM.
For an item that is sold using a UOM of 6, we enter the weight on the item record as the wieght for the 6 units. This is how it displays on the item record. But when we source the field for the picking ticket, NetSUite actually gives us the weight for one unit i.e. it divides the weight / 6.
Is there a simple way to display the total weight for the sales units.
