USPS Integration Rubber Stamp1 error

When I am trying to fulfill an item with USPS(whether its domestic or international) I get an error message that says, "Missing or Invalid data element:Rubberstamp1".  The problem is that I cannot find this "rubberstamp1" field anywhere on the item record, the fulfillment screen or anywhere on netsuite for that matter.

Is anyone out there getting this error when attempting to fulfill using the USPS integration? 

If some has a fix for this please let me know, this is very frustrating :mad:
