Bulk change to group of orders

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to update the items on an order? For instance, I have a customer that purchased 1 qty of Item A. I’d like to replace Item A with 1 qty of Item B and 1 Qty of Item C. Can this be done easily selecting a date range of orders and using a particular item as the criteria?

I have a large sum of orders that I need to convert from 1 item to 2 different items and I hate to think this has to be done manually. Please help, anyone.
