printing two identical UPS labels on a thermal printer

I've read several threads about this problem.  UPS is now suppling the Zebra zp450 thermal printer as their standard printer.  I, too, am getting 2 identical shipping labels each time I request a label.  I've gone through all the similar threads and checked all of the settings and the batch file, with no luck.  Has anyone who has had this problem actually fixed it?  If so, how?  Thanks for your help.
