Back-office shipping cost not matching Web-Store calculations
We had a webstore purchase today with a shipping cost of $295. The customer sent an email saying to change the "attention" name from "Bob" to "Tom". This change made us have to recalculate shipping from the Sales Order in the NS back-office. The new charge dropped down to $245. Why does it drop $50 just because it is being calculated in the back-office and not the webstore? Nothing significant in the shipping weight or physical address or dimension has changed, so why is the price dropping?
