Can't print integrated UPS Labels? - See this

edited Nov 25, 2019 10:47AM in Accounting / ERP

If, after you've set up UPS integrated shipping, when you try to print UPS integrated shipping labels, it fails and you get an error message telling you that, "...EPL2 is not a valid Win32 application..."   the problem is that you're missing a critical browser plug-in application.

For some odd reason, Netsuite doesn't make this clear, nor do they make the plug-in easy to find.

Below is a link to the specific Netsuite help page where you WILL find a link to the needed plug-in.

https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/Output/Help/AdditionalResources/FAQ_Integration.html

Once this page comes up, look under the heading titled, "To install the Internet Explorer plug-in for UPS Thermal Printers:"  Under sub-heading 1. you will see "Click here to begin downloading."   You can save the file and then run it... or run it directly.  Once you're done, your UPS label integration will work.

Howdy, Stranger!
